I am Beatriz (but you can call me Bea “B”),

I help women who are experiencing anxiety or have a history of trauma. I help them increase their self-confidence, overcome constant overthinking and achieve inner peace.

Each one of us is unique; our experiences, the way we manage our emotions, and respond to situations, are unique. Every step I take is focused on your unique experiences, your strengths, your values and always working towards your goal in mind.

As a mental health therapist, I have the expertise and experience you need and deserve to work on yourself and improve your quality of life.

Ultimately, you want someone who understands what you are going through. Someone that understands what it means to be experiencing anxiety or trauma.

I get it because I have been there and I have focused my career on helping women like you.

In our one-on-one sessions, we'll create a safe and confidential environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we'll uncover the roots of your challenges and develop personalized strategies for growth. My goal is to empower you to make positive changes in your life and find inner peace.

Sometimes words alone can't capture the depth of our emotions. That's where art and creative expression come in. Through painting, drawing, writing, or other creative outlets, we'll tap into your inner creativity to access and process your feelings. It's a therapeutic journey that engages your senses and provides a unique way to communicate and heal.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment, free from judgment. In our sessions, I'll guide you in incorporating mindfulness techniques into your daily life. These practices can help reduce stress, manage anxiety, and enhance your overall well-being.
