  • Each session is unique and it depends on the client’s needs. Some sessions will include conversations about the issues, an opportunity to practice mindfulness (being in the present moment) and always working towards our goals.

  • The length of therapy depends on you and your needs. We will start with weekly sessions and as we progress, we move to bi-weekly sessions. If there is a need to return to weekly sessions, we can address during therapy and adjust as needed.

  • I am currently accepting clients with United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Oscar and Oxford. I also offer private pay for those out of network.

  • In therapy, you can discuss a wide range of topics, including:

  • The initial session is an assessment, where to focus on what the issues are and develop a treatment plan with goals. Therapy sessions are personalized to your needs, but they involve open and supportive conversations that include mindfulness practices, reflective reasoning and/or creative expression. We'll work together to understand your experiences, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.

  • You can start by scheduling a free consultation directly on my calendar, we will then schedule an intake/assessment session and follow up with weekly or bi-weekly sessions depending on the need and circumstances of each individual.
